Hello and welcome!

I am a Comprehensive Family Law Mediator, Coach and Educator offering family support to help others navigate family separation and divorce. I have lived experience overcoming many of the same challenges my clients face. I understand the overwhelm, importance and benefit of informed decision-making. It can be difficult to shift and move into new life roles. This understanding is what inspires the empathy and commitment in my work!

My practice was built on my diverse training in mediation, coaching  and education. I received a Certificate in Conflict Resolution: Family Mediation, through the Justice Institute of British Columbia. My clinical field training was completed with Mediate BC. I am a designated Family Dispute Resolution Professional under the BC Family Law Act defined as a person who is authorized by the Act to help family members resolve or settle their family law disputes outside of Court. I am a Registered Roster Member of the Mediate BC Family and Child Protection Roster, and Family Mediation Canada's Comprehensive Roster.

As a certified life and divorce coach, my role is to come alongside clients in the coaching relationship to explore thier goals and support them getting closer to the life that they want for themselves and their children during and after divorce.

I hold a BA in Adult Education from the University of the Fraser Valley, and have additional training to support diverse areas of family education.
Specialized training and experience in mental health, substance use and family violence, serves well with complex family dynamics.I sincerely respect individuals and families in all their diversity.

Life outside of work sometimes looks like this:
